Also on top of that, These corrupted foods. Not only are we missing vital nutrients such as minerals and other key components that we need to eat as humans, but these foods, also have poisons on top of that added to them, and even worse.

These foods or a majority of these foods tend to be a nutrient negative food, thereby draining particular nutrients out of your body that you need. So we have a perfect storm of bad foods that have been making us sick and fat.
